  • At Navigation Workplace Solutions, our investigative philosophy is grounded in experience, preparation, and integrity. Having overseen hundreds of administrative and criminal investigations, prosecuted cases as a Marine Corps judge advocate, and conducted field investigations in Iraq, we understand the complexity and sensitivity inherent in every case.

Our approach is built on four core principles:

    • Clarity of Purpose – We begin every engagement by clearly identifying the issues at hand and defining the scope to ensure focused, efficient inquiry.

    • Meticulous Preparation – Each investigation is guided by a disciplined, well-structured plan that reflects best practices and aligns with federal and organizational standards.

    • Dignity and Respect – We treat all individuals—whether complainants, subjects, or witnesses—with professionalism, discretion, and fairness throughout the investigative process.

    • Clear, Actionable Reporting – Findings are presented in a sharp, logical, and evidence-based format, empowering leadership with insights that support confident decision-making and institutional accountability.

This philosophy informs every case we take, helping organizations navigate sensitive personnel issues with precision, discretion, and integrity. text goes here
